A Dancer’s Story…

This is a story written by one of our 8 year old dancers and we wanted to share it with you…(So Cute!)

"Dance can be very damanding. The dance student danced beutifly.
She always points her feet. The dancer had pointed and straight feet when she leaped across the room.
The hole class she focused on her turns and did her best on her splits.
She was paying close attention to what her teacher told her.
All the dancers had the right shoes and looked beutiful in there buns.
Dance can be challenging but fun."

Attention All Brick’s Students And Parents!!!!!

Brick's and Gold Canyon Candles have joined together to give students an opportunity to earn money towards tuition. For every candle sold, $3 goes toward the student's tuition and costumes for future recitals. The deadline to sell and turn in orders is October 27th. This is another opportunity to get some holiday shopping out of the way :)

Celebrate!

At the end of every season our dancers perform for their fans. This past May, teachers choreographed routines to songs that had to do with the recital theme: Celebration! The production took months of preparation and practice. Dancers of all levels curled their hair, put on the lashes, packed on the blush, and performed to songs like 'Hot, Hot, Hot,' 'Buzzin,' 'It's My Party,' and 'Freakum' Dress. Everyone at Brick's is so proud of the dancers (especially the little ones) and we all wanted to share and show off our talented performers.

Heeyyyy Ladiiieesss....

Brick's Studio is running an AWESOME adult fitness program! $35/month for unlimited kickboxing and barre palates. Kickboxing classes are Tues/Thur 9:15am-10:15am and Wed. 6:30pm-7:30pm. Barre palates are Mon.7:15-8:15. Come check it out!

Classes Start New Week (August 8th), and special offer

Hey Bricks Families!

Another year is just around the corner and we are so excited to see you all once again! Hope your summer was AMAZING! All classes start the week of August 8th (next week!). Register for 2 classes per week before the end of August, and lock in the $99 rate per month for the entire session, Aug-Dec, which would normally be $140 a month!

Congratulations to Samantha Ebbert, winner of "Shoes for Japan"! Congratulations Samantha, you won one free month of a class at Bricks!! Thank you to everyone who participated in "Shoes for Japan", together we collected over 100 pairs of shoes!! Thanks to all of you!!

Performance at St. Agnes School Carnival

Great Job performing at the St. Agnes School Carnival this weekend! Bricks Studio did a great job and we are glad that we were invited to perform at such a great event!

Important Dates for Spring 2011

Bricks Students;

As the year begins, we hope you are settling into your classes. Thank you all for your help in referring Bricks Studio to all of your friends and families! Next week, Bricks invites your friends and family to come and join you in your classes for free! Just have their guardian sign the back of our orange Release Form and bring it to class with them.

Please check our "Lost & Found" Items, they are located near the front desk and also in the Girls Restroom. Please note that we WILL BE DONATING ALL LEFT ITEMS by the END of NEXT WEEK.

Important Dates:

February 1st:
-We must know if your child is going to participate in our Spring Recital at Camelback High School on May 13th &14th. Please fill out our little white form (see front desk) and must have payment by Feb. 1st.
-Reminder: You still have time to sign up and pay for our entire session (January-June) and receive a discount. This offer ends Feb. 1st.
-Announcing a Kickboxing Special: $139 for February-May, unlimited Adult/Teen Kickboxing. This offer is only good until Feb 1st so see the front desk for more information.
